Psychodynamic therapy is grounded in the understanding that our past experiences, particularly those from childhood, shape who we are today. As we explore your history, we can uncover patterns of behaviour, thoughts, and emotions that have been formed over the years.

Together, we’ll examine how unresolved conflicts, relationships, and unconscious beliefs might be affecting your current life.

By identifying these deep-rooted issues, we can work through them in a safe and compassionate environment, helping you understand how past experiences influence your present relationships, work-life, and personal identity. This approach fosters long-term healing and emotional growth.

CBT is a practical, goal-oriented approach that can help you challenge unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours. It is especially effective in addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, and negative self-talk.

By identifying and reshaping unhelpful  thoughts, CBT helps create healthier, more realistic perspectives. Through this process, you’ll learn how your thoughts influence your emotions and behaviours, and how to develop more adaptive ways of thinking. This method provides you with tools to manage daily stressors and emotions in a positive way, helping you feel more in control of your life.

Narrative therapy is based on the idea that we all tell ourselves stories about who we are, and those stories shape how we see the world and respond to challenges. Sometimes, these stories can become limiting or distorted, influencing how we view ourselves and our potential.

Through narrative therapy, we work together to "re-author" your story. By identifying the narratives that may be holding you back, we can create new, empowering stories that align with your values and aspirations. You’ll gain a deeper understanding of how your personal experiences and identity are shaped by the stories you’ve told yourself—and how changing the narrative can lead to profound personal growth.
